The New York City metro area is served by three major airports, the John F. Kenedy International Airport (JFK), the Newerk International Airport (EUR), and LaGuardia Airport (LGA). In addition, for travellers wishing to use Amtrak or other trains, the Pennsylvania station (Penn Station) also serves as a major hub for trains. Long-distance buses arrive at the Port Authority bus terminal located at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue. All areas link to local public and private transportations including the New York City MTA.
SDS plans to make some transportation available for participants wishing to travel to and from SDS activities. More details will be available as conference time nears.
