Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort
Located among the Catalina foothills and overlooking Tucson, the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador provides a space for our conference and relaxation.
SDS has contracted with the resort to provide the 2009 conference participants special rates during the annual conference period. Starting three days three prior to the conference and ending three days following the conference, the hotel will make rooms available for participants at the rate of $139.00 per night (single or double bed).
Use the contact information provided below to book a room at the hotel. When making a reservation, please use “Society for Disability Studies” as a special conference code to receive the discount.
To help attendees be comfortable and to ensure that accommodations will be made available, the hotel is working with our local planning committee from the University of Arizona to make accommodation arrangements for hotel guests. As a part of our conference registration, participants will be able to provide us with some details regarding hotel accommodations. Based on that information, SDS will assign rooms to guests attending the 2009 conference. Be sure to answer all the relevant question during registration and be sure to register early. Please do not assume that completing your registration means you have a guaranteed room at the hotel.
